SNAAN Returns — A Thoughtful Approach

At SNAAN, we want you to love everything you choose. But we understand — sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

Perhaps the piece wasn’t quite your style. Maybe it didn’t suit the space. Or it simply wasn’t what you imagined.

Whatever the reason, we believe returns should be effortless, reassuring, and never awkward. Our process is designed to be as smooth and thoughtful as the rest of your SNAAN experience.

How to Return an Item

Returning something is easy:

  • 1. Begin your return through our website — we’ll guide you step by step.
  • 2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure it’s clean and unmarked. Kindly avoid writing directly on the box.
  • 3. Include a note inside the parcel with your return number.
  • 4. Send the parcel to the address provided during the return process.
  • 5. Once received, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand — your heart said yes, but your space said no.

Here’s what to know about change-of-mind returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after 30 days or if the item has been used or damaged.

Received Something Damaged?

That’s never the experience we intend — and we’ll resolve it quickly.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Please don’t send the item back yet. Contact us first via our Damaged Item Form or Contact Us page.
  • We may request a photo to help us understand the issue and provide a prompt solution.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

A Few Gentle Reminders

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • All returns must include the order number and a short explanation for the return.
  • Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition with all original components and packaging.
  • If a sealed item has been opened, it may not be eligible for return.
