Glossary of Terms
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “The Company”: Refers to SNAAN Limited, with our business registered at 61 Ormesby Way, Kenton Road, Harrow. HA3 9SE.
- “Website”: Our official online store at www.snaan.co.uk
- “You”, “Your”: Any individual or business browsing or purchasing products from our Website
- “Terms” or “Conditions”: This entire set of guidelines, along with any written agreements made directly between us
- “Goods” or “Products”: Any items you buy from us through the Website
- “Order”: A formal request submitted by you to purchase items from us
- “Contract”: The legal agreement formed once we accept your Order
We only form a Contract once we have accepted your Order, based on certain internal checks. If those requirements aren't met, we reserve the right to reject the Order without providing further explanation.
1. Product Accuracy & Information Assurance
We strive to present clear, reliable, and up-to-date product details. Descriptions, images, and specs are often supplied directly by the manufacturers. From time to time, changes may occur—such as design updates—which may not yet be reflected on our Website.
Also, due to differences in screen displays and device settings, actual product colours or textures may appear slightly different in person. We recommend refreshing your browser cache to see the most current product data before confirming a purchase.

2. Understanding Our Pricing
All product prices are shown in British Pounds and typically include VAT (currently 20%) unless stated otherwise.
We do our best to keep our pricing accurate at all times. However, if a pricing mistake occurs or if suppliers adjust their rates, we may update the price accordingly. You will always be notified of such changes before the Order is finalised.
3. Using Promo & Voucher Codes
On occasion, we release promotional or discount codes for customer use. Each Order may use one valid code, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Codes published on third-party websites are not guaranteed unless verified on our official Website. If you’re using finance or credit options to pay, promo codes will not be applicable and any added discounts may be removed.
We also reserve the right to update, remove, or change the rules of any code without prior notice.
4. Promotions, Discounts & Price Comparisons
Where you see messages like "Save 20%", these savings are calculated using the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) provided by the manufacturer.
In bundles or multipacks, the RRP is calculated by summing up the individual product prices. The RRP will often appear with a line through it to clearly show your savings.
5. Shipping & Delivery Guide
Estimated Timeframes :
We aim to provide realistic delivery windows, but delays can happen. Time estimates are based on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Out-of-stock or pre-order items may include restock estimates, but these can change without notice.
Where We Deliver & Charges :
We offer free delivery across most of the UK mainland. However, remote areas like the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and certain islands may carry a delivery surcharge.
Some additional fees may only become known after an Order is placed due to courier policies. If you don’t wish to accept them, you have the right to cancel your Order.
Who Delivers and How :
Deliveries are handled by trusted third-party couriers. Special delivery instructions cannot always be followed exactly, and large Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
If you're unavailable to accept a delivery and don’t inform us 24 hours in advance, a redelivery charge might apply.
Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries :
We offer a kerbside drop-off service using a single delivery person. You may need to assist in offloading and bringing items indoors.
When you receive your items, please inspect them immediately. If you notice any issues—such as missing, damaged or incorrect goods—report them to us within 48 hours. Once signed for, the goods become your responsibility.
Before Installation :
We strongly advise that you do not book any tradespeople or installers until you’ve received and inspected all products in your Order. We are not liable for any delays or associated labour costs.

6. Cancelling or Returning an Order
Your Right to Cancel :
You can cancel any Order before it has been dispatched or within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014). "Made to Order" products are excluded from this right.
How to Cancel :
Send us an email quoting your Order Number. If we haven’t shipped your item yet, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 working days. If it has already left our warehouse, we’ll provide return instructions.
Returning Products :
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us to obtain a Returns Number and the appropriate return address.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For a full refund (excluding return shipping), items must:
- Be unused and in their original packaging
- Be undamaged and not altered in any way
- If items have been opened, let us know first for repackaging instructions. You may use your own courier or ask us to arrange collection (fees will apply).
- Returns after 14 days may incur a restocking charge and collection fee.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If your items are faulty, please notify us within 14 days (ideally within 48 hours). For installed products that develop a fault, do not uninstall or return them without contacting us first. We may request images or videos to assess the issue.
Refunds or replacements may be denied if proper evidence isn’t provided.

7. Manufacturer Guarantees & Warranty Policy
Warranties are offered and maintained by the manufacturer of each product. They usually apply only to faults in workmanship or materials during standard domestic use.
Key conditions:
- Consumable parts may not be covered
- Improper installation voids the warranty
- Registration may be required to activate the warranty
- Misuse or modifications will invalidate coverage
- Items should be installed by a qualified professional

8. Helpful Product Guidance
We aim to provide helpful guidance through our blogs, buying guides, and customer support. However, these resources are not a substitute for professional advice from a plumber, electrician, or engineer.
You are responsible for checking product specifications before placing an Order. We cannot be held liable for incorrect purchases made based on general advice.
9. Your Privacy & Payment Safety
We take your privacy seriously. We do not store your card details—payments are securely processed by trusted partners like Stripe and PayPal.
All data shared on our Website is encrypted using SSL technology. Cookies may be used to personalise your browsing experience. We may use non-identifiable analytics data to improve our site, but we never share your personal info with third parties unless you opt into marketing.

10. How You Can Use Content from SNAAN
At SNAAN, we’re happy for you to print or save product details—like specs or descriptions—for your own personal use. We know it’s helpful when you’re planning your purchase or comparing products.
But please remember: everything you see on our website—photos, product text, guides, and design—is created or selected by the SNAAN team and is protected by copyright.
What’s Not Allowed :
To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you don’t:
- Copy or reuse our content on other websites
- Download or repost our product images or text for business or resale purposes
- Link directly to our images or product data without permission
Commercial Use Policy
If someone uses SNAAN’s content for commercial purposes without our permission, a daily fee of £1000 per webpage will apply while it stays online or visible in search engines like Google. That includes copying product listings, prices, or descriptions for your own shop or website.
